Fairy Tale
For Motion Design class, we were to animate a fairy tale story. I chose the "The Fox and the Cat".
At first, I wanted to go for a silly whimsical version of the story. But it morphed over to a more geometric abstract look.

Final Looks
I ended up making the characters more abstract and geometric because I had not gone down that route before. And I am glad I tried it. It was fun trying to make it obvious it was a fox and a cat without too many details. This also meant easier to animate, which was a win-win situation for me.

Below is the completed video of the fairy tale animation. I had been told that the animation felt like a fever dream, which was what I was going for. My goal was to make an animation that perhaps felt surreal or just overall strange with the feeling of not knowing why.
